In the summer, it gets quite busy and connects with almost all European countries with direct flights as Thessaloniki and Halkidiki are prime tourist destinations. You will find a selection of legacy and low-cost carriers that fly to a wide range of European cities. Aegean Airlines, Ryanair, Air Berlin and Turkish Airlines are some of the airlines with the highest frequency in Thessaloniki Airport.
